Kaat Van Doren is a multidisciplinary visual artist. Born and raised in a Western European context, she explores the concept of ‘nature’ through her artistic practice and reflects on the West’s paradoxical relationship with nature. She is gradually developing a sustainable artistic practice in which the ‘passage of time’ claims its place and also becomes a medium.
