‘Wanderhead’ (4+)
Did you know that asking questions makes you clever? That’s because any question could be the start of a new investigation. But how do you investigate things? And what if you have countless questions running through your head? Here’s a tip: explore Wanderhead, our brand-new adventure for little investigators.
ON/OFF (8+)
One thing is certain: in this brand-new exhibition you have to try everything out for yourself. Play Pictionary with AI, direct your own stop-motion video, or cycle across a VR canyon. Come to Technopolis and learn about a whole range of technologies the fun way.
AI! (12+)
Ground-breaking! A historic revolution! Or a threat? (Help!) Before you start shouting ‘ai(ai)!’, it’s important to understand exactly how AI works. In our brand-new exhibition AI!, you will go on a journey through the history of AI, be taken through all the key concepts and discover both pitfalls and opportunities. At the end, you’ll have the chance to get to work with some fun AI tools yourself.
Group visit with guide
A group visit to Technopolis is an absolute must for young and old alike! A group visit is meant for groups of at least 15 paying guests and should be reserved in advance. This can be done at a special group rate.

A low-stimulus day is organised every quarter.
The audio clips in the Doolhoofd zone are translated into Flemish Sign Language. You can watch them on-site or in the Technopolis app.
In addition, there is a hearing loop system in the auditorium, the cinema with live streams, and the Doolhoofd introductory area. This allows you to receive the amplified sound directly into your hearing aid or a streamer.

Open every day of the week from 9.30 am to 5 pm. Also on Sundays and public holidays.
Exceptions:
- School periods: open on Wednesdays from 12 pm to 5 pm
- (Flemish) school holidays: open until 6 pm
- Closed at 4 pm on 24 and 31 December
- Closed on: 1 January, 25 December, from 1–12 September 2025, Thursday 6 November and Friday 7 November 2025
